Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Organizational Behavior Studies undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, objectivity, and ethical compliance.

1. Initial Editorial Screening

Upon submission, manuscripts are first reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or an Associate Editor to assess their suitability in terms of:

Relevance to the journal’s scope

Compliance with submission guidelines

Academic quality and originality

Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be rejected at this stage without external review.

2. Double-Blind Review

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.
The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

Scientific contribution to the field

Methodological rigor

Theoretical and empirical soundness

Clarity and coherence of presentation

Ethical standards

3. Review Outcomes

Based on reviewers’ reports, the editorial decision may be one of the following:

Accept

Minor revision

Major revision

Reject

The Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editor makes the final decision considering reviewers’ recommendations.

4. Revision Process

When revisions are requested, authors are expected to submit:

A revised manuscript

A detailed response to reviewers’ comments

Revised manuscripts may be sent back to the original reviewers for further evaluation, if necessary.

5. Final Decision

The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection rests solely with the editorial team.
All decisions are communicated to the authors with constructive feedback aimed at improving the quality of the manuscript.

6. Confidentiality and Ethics

All submitted manuscripts and reviewer reports are treated as confidential documents.
Editors and reviewers must not use unpublished materials disclosed in a manuscript for their own research without explicit written consent from the authors.
