Author Guidelines

The Journal of Organizational Behavior Studies aims to publish original and high-quality scientific studies in the field of organizational behavior and related disciplines.

1. Scope and Originality

Manuscripts submitted to the journal must:

  • Be consistent with the aims and scope of the journal,
  • Present original research or provide a significant theoretical contribution,
  • Not have been previously published or be under consideration by another journal.

Submissions that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for evaluation.

2. Language

The journal accepts manuscripts written in Turkish or English.
Regardless of the manuscript language, all submissions must include an English title, abstract, and keywords.
Authors are responsible for the linguistic accuracy and clarity of their manuscripts.

3. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the journal’s online submission system.
During submission, authors are required to:

  • Upload the manuscript file,
  • Provide complete author information,
  • Declare any potential conflicts of interest.

4. Peer Review Process

All submissions are subject to a double-blind peer review process.

  • Author identities are removed from the manuscript prior to review.
  • Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.
  • Editorial decisions are based on reviewer reports and academic merit.

5. Ethical Responsibilities

Authors are required to comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.
In particular:

  • The work must be original,
  • Sources must be properly cited,
  • The manuscript must not include plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification.

6. Authorship

Authorship is limited to individuals who have made significant contributions to the study, including its design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, writing, or substantial revision.
All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript.

7. Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that may influence the research.
If no conflict of interest exists, this must be explicitly stated.

8. Copyright and Open Access

All content published in the journal is open access.
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.
Details regarding licensing conditions are available on the journal’s website.

9. Revision and Withdrawal

Manuscripts requiring revision must be resubmitted within the timeframe specified by the editors.
Submissions cannot be withdrawn during the review process without a valid justification.

10. Final Decision

The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of manuscripts rests with the editorial board.
Accepted manuscripts are published in the earliest available issue.
